1. About this site

Dreamland Bedding is a New Zealand owned sleep and bedroom brand. This website is a catalogue and information site. You cannot buy from us directly here: our products are sold through our stockists, who set their own prices and terms of sale. Use the Store Finder to find a stockist near you.

2. Product information

We work hard to keep product information accurate, but details such as specifications, fabrics, finishes and availability can change without notice, and colours can look different between screens and real life. Please confirm anything important with a stockist before you buy.

3. No sale on this site

Because we do not sell direct, viewing this site does not create a contract of sale between you and Dreamland Bedding. Any purchase is between you and the stockist you buy from, under their terms. Pricing, payment, delivery and returns are handled by the stockist.

4. Your consumer rights

Our products carry warranties against manufacturing faults, and as a New Zealand consumer you also have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 that cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Household warranty claims are made through the stockist you bought from, who will deal with us on your behalf. 5. Using the site

We provide this website as is, for general information. We do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, and subject to your consumer rights above, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, this site. If you are not happy with the site, please stop using it.

The text, logos, graphics and images on this site are owned or licensed by Dreamland Bedding. You may view and print information for your own personal use. Please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. If you are a stockist, you can ask us for approved images and assets.

Links to other websites, such as stockist sites, are provided for your convenience only. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

Any personal information you give us through this site is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

This website is operated in New Zealand. These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and you submit to the non exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
