Description

The Kelly Bed Frame is a classic New Zealand style timber bed frame that has stayed popular for decades because it simply works with changing décor. Crafted from solid plantation pine and finished in clean white paint, its framed headboard, horizontal rails and slatted base give honest, everyday support, while the neutral white finish pairs effortlessly with any bedding or bedroom suite. Whether it is a guest room, a child’s room or a no fuss main bedroom, Kelly delivers lasting value. A faithful reproduction of a long loved local design, it is made offshore in Malaysia to keep the classic proportions true. Part of Dreamland’s New Zealand bedroom range, the Kelly is sized for NZ homes.

  • Double: 142 cm wide x 196 cm long, headboard 97 cm high. Fits a standard NZ Double mattress (137 x 189 cm). Includes centre rail and support leg
  • Queen: 158 cm wide x 210 cm long, headboard 97 cm high. Fits a standard NZ Queen mattress (153 x 203 cm). Includes centre rail and support leg
  • Approximately 26 cm of under bed clearance measured under the side rails

Care Instructions

  • Wipe the painted surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth as needed; avoid harsh cleaners and abrasives
  • Check and tighten the bolts and screws every six months to maintain stability
  • Protect the timber from prolonged direct sunlight to prevent discolouration
  • If moving the frame, disassemble where possible to avoid stress on the joints
