Introducing the Dreamland Adapta, a height adjustable pillow designed to make choosing the right pillow easier. Whether you sleep on your side, back or stomach, or whether you have broad or narrow shoulders, your ideal pillow height can vary. The Adapta is designed to give you that flexibility.

The pillow includes two breathable memory foam inserts, offering supportive comfort with the option to customise the height. Use it at full height for more elevation, or remove one insert for a lower profile. This makes it a versatile option for a wide range of sleepers, and the lower setting can also suit children.

The Adapta cover is made with a specialised fabric designed to help keep the head cooler during sleep. For added hygiene benefits, it also includes antimicrobial silver silk.
