In 2012, we opened our doors in East Tamaki, Auckland. Our focus was simple. We wanted to bring well designed mattresses and bedroom furniture to New Zealand homes without the inflated price tags that often come with premium items. Over time, we built more than just a product range. We built a new way of doing things. We are design led, value driven, and obsessed with the details that make sleep feel better every single night.

Dreamland is New Zealand owned and led by our founder, Gary. Born in Hong Kong and raised here in New Zealand, Gary grew up with a fascination for how things are made and a deep appreciation for systems that work smoothly. That balance still shapes Dreamland today. You will find it in products that feel considered and a business that cares about reliability.

As a business-to-business enterprise, we recognise that our furniture is only as good as our customer service. We see our clients as business partners and our sales representatives travel throughout the North Island to understand each retailer’s market and needs.
