Yippee for Auckland’s Level 3!

Hooray! Auckland moves to Level 3 at midnight, so we’re swinging into action at Dreamland. Contactless pickup starts tomorrow!  We know this system works well, because we did it earlier this year.

Deliveries everywhere except Auckland

·       We’re not delivering furniture within the Auckland region during Level 3.

·       Beyond Auckland, we’re delivering as usual using a trusted moving company.

Contactless furniture pickups for Auckland:

·       From tomorrow (22 September), we’re allowing one customer pickup per hour from our headquarters at 17 Greenmount Drive, East Tamaki. Please contact Arthur on 021 100 6904 to schedule a pickup.

·       Your items will be located at our front door, along with paperwork. Please scan the QR code by the front door. Our people will wear face masks and maintain two metres social distancing. We ask that you do this too.

·       Please load your item, sign the paperwork and leave paperwork by the door.

·       Our staff are not able to help with loading your pickup, so please bring enough helpers with you.

·       Our sales people are working from home and are available via phone and email.
