Exceptional customer service
As a business-to-business enterprise, we recognise that our furniture is only as good as our customer service. We see our clients as business partners and our sales representatives travel throughout the North Island to understand each retailer’s market and needs. Email and phone service is reinforced by regular face-to-face meetings over a drink or a meal. We’re not afraid of feedback, because it helps us to fine tune our customer support. In a recent customer service survey:
65% of customers said our customer service representative was ‘extremely helpful’, while the remaining 35% said ‘very helpful’.
For stock availability, 72% of customers were ‘satisfied’ and 28% were ‘very satisfied’.
For pricing, 90% of customers said our products are ‘about the right price’.
Overall, 57% of our customers are ‘extremely satisfied’ and the remaining 43% are ‘very satisfied’.

I would like to acknowledge Gary and his team at Dreamland. We have been dealing with Gary now coming up to 4 years and our experience with him has been amazing and very professional. He has helped us grow our business which has been really good. He has personally been working with us trying to find product that would work for our business in our area because every area is very different not everything works. If we think something could work for us we would discuss with Gary and he gets on to it straight away. Their delivery service is really good too and the system he uses helps us give customers a good indication of when they can receive their order.
