DREAMLAND IFLEX and EFLEX ADJUSTABLE BED WARRANTY

FOR COMMERCIAL CUSTOMERS

IMPORTANT: This warranty only applies to commercial customers. For individual household claims, please contact the store where you purchased your adjustable bed from.

1. MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

1.1 Our Money Back Guarantee applies for 14 days from the date a Dreamland adjustable bed is received by a commercial customer. Once a refund is requested, we will refund the original purchase price, however delivery charges and cost of return to Dreamland will not be refunded.

1.2 If an order is cancelled after the adjustable bed has been dispatched, it will be covered by our Money Back Guarantee if it falls within a 14-day period from time of order. The base and mattress must be in original unopened packaging and unused. Evidence of use will void the Money Back Guarantee.

1.3 If an adjustable bed we supply is faulty, we will arrange a refund or priority replacement at no extra cost, provided goods are in stock.

1.4 If a refund is requested, then the same conditions apply as in Clause 1.1.

1.5 If an order that requires a deposit is cancelled, there will be no refund of the deposit.

2. WARRANTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1 All components of Dreamland adjustable beds are warranted to be free from materials and workmanship defects with normal usage for a period of ten years from invoice date for the mattress and five years for the bed base, two years for the motors, massage units and operator control units.

2.2 Adjustable beds must be set up by the Retailer and checked by them to ensure everything is connected and in good working order.

2.3 The Retailer must inspect any warranty claim fault to determine the nature of the problem before reporting it to Dreamland.

2.4 Faulty components covered by this warranty will be supplied to the Retailer, who will be responsible for repairing the bed.

2.5 At our discretion, Dreamland will replace adjustable bed mattresses and components covered by this warranty at no additional charge with these exceptions:

•        Normal wear and tear, including marks, permanent mattress body impressions not greater than 2cm, fabric tears and cat damage.

•        Comfort preference.

•        Damage arising from incorrect use, neglect, misuse, act of God or during transportation. Mattress handles are designed for positioning the mattress on the base and not for carrying the full weight of the mattress.

•        Damage resulting from incorrect bed base positioning.

•        Damage arising from the mattress or bed being jumped on or stood on or the mattress being bent or folded except through normal bed adjustment.

•        Soiling, staining, burning.

•        New bed odour.

•        Damage arising from lack of maintenance or cleaning, as per supplied instructions included with bed and mattress and/or specified on our website. Please refer to our website for individual care instructions unique to the product.

·       Fading or colour change as a result of mattress or base being placed in direct sunlight.

·       Any indirect or consequential loss.

·       Repairs not conducted by Dreamland or pre-approved by Dreamland. Pre-approval to undertake repairs is required to maintain warranty; any un-approved repairs will void warranty.

2.6 The mattress supplied with Dreamland adjustable beds has a memory foam layer. This responds to heat, which allows it to perfectly mimic body contours when slept on. The resulting indentation is not considered a warranty issue. The mattress layers should return to normal as they return to room temperature. However, the use of electric blankets is not recommended as the heat will soften the memory foam layer. This reduces comfort levels and can cause permanent damage.

2.7 If a replacement bed base component or mattress is not available at time of claim, a back-order will be placed. On arrival at our premises, the order shall be immediately dispatched. If a replacement component or mattress has been discontinued at time of claim, Dreamland will substitute a similar one of equal value and quality.

2.8 This warranty applies only to the original purchaser within New Zealand subject to full payment being made on due date as stated in the sales agreement.

3. WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS

3.1 Delivery: Bed bases and mattresses must be inspected for damage upon arrival. If signed as received in good condition, then no claim for damage will be valid. If inspection reveals damage, you must inform the carrier and Dreamland immediately.

4. CLAIMS

4.1 Please submit your claim through our online form here or email contact@dreamlandbedding.com in the first instance and provide a description and pictures of the fault, along with a picture of the product QC label or batch number (this is generally located on a printed tag or sticker attached to the bed or mattress). If the fault complies with the terms of this warranty, then Dreamland will repair or replace under the terms of this warranty within a reasonable timeframe.

4.2 If the fault is determined not to be a material or manufacturing fault, you will be responsible for transport costs, as well as costs of repair or replacement of the product.
