Our Inventory Is Catching Up In Level 4

We hope you’re managing OK in Level 4. Like us, you’re probably glued to news reports with your fingers crossed.

While being in lockdown is hard, there is an upside. During Level 4 our shipments have been steadily arriving in New Zealand. It means our inventory, which was running about four weeks behind, is ready to catch up with demand. Once your customers start shopping again, orders will be fulfilled quickly.

Contactless delivery and warehouse collection will begin in Level 3

While Auckland remains at Level 4, Dreamland will stay closed. But as soon as Level 3 arrives, we will start contactless delivery and collection from our warehouse. When this happens, we’ll email you with details of how delivery and collection will be managed under Level 3 conditions.
