Hello Hello It’s Good To Be Back!

Happy Level-2 to you!

Like you, we’re pleased to be getting back to something that resembles normal business life.

During level 4, our team stayed home. During level 3, our warehouse team went back to work to receive incoming stock. Now that we’re in level 2, I’m pleased to report that all of our team are back on deck – every single one of them.

The upside of the lockdown
When the Covid-19 crisis arrived in New Zealand, our stock levels were down due to the situation in China, where some of our products are made. However, the weeks New Zealand spent in levels 4 and 3 gave us a chance to catch up. Now we are nearly fully stocked and ready to help you make the most of the post-lockdown retail boom. We’re still waiting for a few items, but they should start arriving in June.
 
Our safety practices are continuing
During level 2, our sales people are still working from home – but they are very much on deck to help you. You can contact them during business hours by phone, email, whatsapp, wechat or any other messaging service. They have remote access to all necessary systems and information. Once the country moves to level 1, our sales team will catch up with you in person.
 
During deliveries, we’ll maintain two-metre distancing and continue with our other covid-safe work practices. We welcome pickups, however you’ll need to bring enough helpers to do the loading.
