How To Look After Your DREAMLAND Adjustable Bed

The following tips will help ensure your Dreamland iFlex or eFlex adjustable bed continues to provide exceptional comfort and rest. They’ll also help you avoid damage that’s not covered by our warranty.

SET UP AND MOVING

  • Always position the bed on a flat level surface that doesn’t flex or move.

  • Avoid overloading the power socket with too many other devices.

  • Electric blankets are not recommended as the heat can soften and permanently damage the memory foam layer of the mattress.

  • Switch off and unplug the power cord before moving the bed, even for small movements.

USE

  • Always ensure all sections of the bed are in the flat position before you get on or off it.

  • Avoid sitting on any sections that are not in the flat position, particularly the foot of the bed.

  • Never jump on the bed or its base.

  • The total supported weight limit for Dreamland adjustable beds is 200kg for a queen size and 120kg for any single, in addition to the mattress.

REGULAR CARE

  • Frequently check the power cord and operating controllers for signs of damage.

  • Ensure the bed has not moved to where it could damage the power plug or wall socket.

  • Rotate the mattress at least every three months so it can recover from body impressions, particularly those caused by sitting when the head end is elevated.
