Earlier order cut-off dates to manage Christmas shipping chaos

First up, Merry Pre-Christmas to you! We know it’s a busy time, so we’ll keep this short.

Cut-off dates are earlier than usual this year, because there’s some chaos going on. Shipping containers are running late (our Black Friday containers due on 23 November are now due on 9 December!). Local carriers are experiencing staff shortages.

We will do everything we can to deliver new orders and backorders of in-stock items before Christmas, however a lot depends on ships arriving and getting unloaded in time. Fingers crossed!

How to order for pre-Christmas delivery
For the best chance of receiving stock from us before Christmas Day, here are the order cut-off dates for each region of NZ:

  • Auckland - Monday 12 December midday

  • Waikato - Monday 12 December midday

  • Bay of Plenty - Wednesday 7 December midday

  • Gisborne & Hawke’s Bay - Wednesday 7 December midday

  • Wellington - Monday 5 December midday

  • South Island - please call to discuss

Our Christmas hours
Our office and warehouse are open until 3pm on Thursday 22 December. We will re-open at 7am on Wednesday 5th January.

Thanks for your patience
