How we do Level 3 for delivery and pickups

Auckland’s back to Level 3, but we’re onto it! Here’s how we’ll be running our
deliveries and pickups until the level changes:

  • We are not delivering furniture within the Auckland region during Level 3.

  • Beyond Auckland, we are delivering as usual using a trusted moving company.

  • From today, we are allowing one customer pickup per hour from our headquarters at 17 Greenmount Drive, East Tamaki. Please contact Arthur on 021 100 6904 to schedule a pickup.

  • Your items will be located at our front door, along with paperwork. Please scan the QR code by the front door. Our people will wear face masks and maintaining 2 meters social distancing. We ask that you do this too.

  • Please load your item, sign the paperwork and leave paperwork by the door.

  • Our staff are not able to help with loading your pickup, so please bring enough helpers with you.

  • Our sales people are working from home and are available via phone and email.
